O documento é uma união de forças dos Grupos de Trabalho 1, 5 e 7 do C20 e das Forças Tarefas 2, 3 e 5 do T20. A declaração tem três temas como foco: economia, mudanças climáticas e digitalização.

Besides the Green Climate Fund (GCF), created in 2010 with a replenishment commitment of 100 billion annually, three new funds were created in 2022 to attract or allocate public and private capital: the IMF’s Resilience and Sustainability Facility, the Loss and Damage Fund, and Bridgetown Initiative’s Global Mitigation and Trust Fund.

Women have made many advances in society through their contribution to economic and social development, science, politics, culture and the arts. The G20 must act to ensure that half of the world's population enjoys substantive equity, social protection and the promotion of rights.

The polycrisis scenario has an even greater impact on climate change, which is already threatening life on the planet. Changes in the global tax regime and availability of sustainable finance, digital transformation, human rights with gender, race, sexual orientation, generation and disabilities perspectives.
