Human Rights
Every person has rights guaranteed by the Brazilian Constitution of 1988. However, there is still much to be achieved. A priority issue is promoting women's rights, ensuring equal racial and gender relations in public policies and society at large.
Another important issue is establishing a citizen security policy that respects the rights of residents in marginalized areas and puts an end to impunity and police violence. The right to the city is also a focus of our work. We support initiatives that highlight the strength of marginalized neighborhoods and communities.
