Mayara Costa serves as a Programs and Projects Assistant at Heinrich Böll Brazil, supporting coordinators in socio-environmental justice, human rights, and technopolitics initiatives.

Mayara holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Institute of International Relations at PUC-Rio. She has previous experience supporting projects in education and conducting research on South-South cooperation for development, refuge, and surveillance technologies.
